Ron Walsh
Ron began his real estate career in 1974 with Richard B. Smith Real Estate in Boise, Idaho. Between 1986 and 1992 while Vice President with Pacific Bellevue Development, a subsidiary of First City Corp, he developed and leased over 1.000,000 square feet of apartments, light commercial, high bay flex buildings and suburban office in the Seattle area. Between 2002 and 2007 he acquired, designed and planned eighteen subdivisions totaling over 2,500 lots in the Northwest. Ron has managed Real Estate acquisition, design, planning, construction, lease up and sales for over thirty-three years.

Scott Kimball

Scott Kimball
Scott Kimball started his career in Chicago, Illinois, as a custom home builder in the 1970's. Over the years, he built his construction company into a successful specialty commercial builder of medical/dental buildings. In 1983 he relocated to Boise, Idaho to semi-retire and enjoy the western lifestyle for himself and his family. In Boise, he continued to develop and build various residential and medical/dental projects. He also invested into, and helped grow, a successful, regional restaurant chain. His interest in the profitable chain of restaurants was sold in 1998.

Next he completed the acquisition, development, and construction of the Riverwalk Apartments, a 75 unit, 5 story project on the Boise River Greenbelt. His talent for site selection and subsequent project design allowed the project to sell at the highest price ever paid for an apartment property in Boise.

His most recent development is The Aspen Lofts, Luxury Condo Tower, a 17 story, $40,000,000 high-rise condo project in downtown Boise. He received the annual Smart Growth Award for the project which is now complete, and is approximately 70% sold out.

Scott’s next project is an upscale single family subdivision in the Boise Foothills. He recently purchased an ideally located 65 acre parcel and is preparing engineering and an application for subdivision with Boise City. He continues to work on multi-family and commercial development projects. He adds a meticulous attention to detail with each project and his forte is quality site selection with creative follow thru on overall project design.

Jerry Green

Jerry Green
Jerry brings over 35 years of real estate expertise to Zerga Companies. Formed in 1998, the company has grown significantly through prudent planning as successful multi-family projects are developed, sold and new opportunities emerge. A seasoned professional with a wealth of local and national development and investment experience, Jerry was formerly the Southwest Regional Development Partner of Simpson Housing Limited Partnership of Denver, Colorado, a $2.2BB national real estate development company. Jerry holds a BBA from the University of North Texas. His extensive career has spanned all aspects of real estate development and investments including mixed-use, apartment, retail, office, office tech and hotel projects.

Since 1990, he has developed 15 multi-family properties consisting of over 3,800 multi-family units as well as a number of office and retail projects. Prior to 1990, projects included multiple apartment communities, hotels, shopping centers, and office buildings in various U.S. Markets.


James Kerby
James began his career in 1981 with the Grey-Breeden Design Group Architects in Austin, TX. He became a partner of the group in 1984 and left to form his own architectural company in 1985. His company, Cornerstone Group, became the largest residential architectural firm in the Austin, central Texas area. James sold his interest in Cornerstone Group in 1993 to his partners, and created another company which later became known as Lynx Development, Ltd.

James Kerby has been directly involved in the development of fifteen plus residential communities and over 5,000 home sites in the central Texas area. James sold his interests to Mr. Parker in 2001 to pursue projects in the Park City, Utah area. Austin called James home in 2004 when he started Kerby Development, LLC.

James brings a unique combination of architectural creative skills and developer knowledge to each of his projects. His architectural attentions to detail help ensure customers' concepts and visions are captured during implementation.

Curtis Gabhart

Curtis Gabhart
Curtis has been involved in residential brokerage and development in Southern California for the past 14 years. He specializes in real estate syndications, fee consulting, construction management, real estate re-development, multi-family housing, and single-family housing. He is an expert in apartment investments and repositioning apartment buildings for maximum performance and value at resale. Curtis is a California Association of Realtors instructor on Apartment investments & brokerage and published author. In 2000, Curtis founded Gabhart Investments in San Diego and has transacted nearly $50 million in personal income property.

Nick Walsh

Nick Walsh
Nick has diverse experience in accounting, finance and real estate development. His areas of specialization include real estate syndications, entitlements, financial analysis, debt and equity relations, accounting, multi-family housing, and single-family housing. Nick completed his undergraduate studies at Cal Poly State University-SLO where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance. In 2010, he obtained a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Nick has worked in finance and real estate for the past seven years. During that time he worked at KPMG as a Staff Auditor, Land Associates as Finance and Development VP, MG Properties Group as an Investment Analyst.


Kendall Phinney
Kendall began his career with Hale-Mills Construction, Ltd. in 1983 as an assistant project manager after graduating Texas A & M University with a construction science degree. Over 28 years, Kendall has developed into one of the most preeminent builders of correctional facilities in the Southwest and is one of the two owners of the company. Kendall works closely with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to achieve results that other companies deem impossible. Kendall has been certified by the Design Build Institute of America.
